Industries

One intake system, six kinds of urgent phone call.

The mechanism is the same everywhere: answer immediately, ask the right questions, book before the call ends. What changes is the questions.

The six verticals

Roofing

The call: Storm damage or a leak that started this morning. The caller is often working through a list and is not going to wait.

What qualification captures: what failed and when, property type, whether it is an insurance claim or cash, and whether the address falls inside the service radius.

What booking looks like: an inspection slot, with enough travel time either side that the crew is not set up to fail.

HVAC

The call: No heating or no cooling, often at the worst possible hour, often in weather that makes it urgent rather than annoying.

What qualification captures: the system type, what it is doing or not doing, whether anyone vulnerable is in the property, and service history.

What booking looks like: triage first — genuine emergencies flagged to the on-call technician, everything else booked into the normal run.

Plumbing

The call: Water where water should not be. The caller is standing in it.

What qualification captures: whether the water is still running, whether the supply has been isolated, what fixture is involved, access arrangements.

What booking looks like: immediate escalation for anything actively flooding; a scheduled slot for everything else.

Dental

The call: Pain, a broken tooth, or a lost crown before an event that matters to them.

What qualification captures: whether it is pain or cosmetic, how long it has been going on, existing patient or new, and insurance details.

What booking looks like: emergency slots kept clear and protected, routine work booked into the normal diary.

Med spa

The call: Interest in a treatment, usually with a date in mind and questions about suitability.

What qualification captures: the treatment, any contraindications worth flagging before the appointment, previous treatments, and budget expectation.

What booking looks like: a consultation booked to the right practitioner, with prep instructions sent by text.

Not on this list?

The list is not the limit. If your business loses money when a call goes unanswered, the same system applies — the qualifying questions change and nothing else does. Fifteen minutes on your calls will tell us whether it fits.
