What is your phone actually costing you?

Your numbers

Everything inbound — new enquiries, existing customers, suppliers.

After hours, during appointments, or when two calls land at once.

Of the calls you miss, how many were real prospects.

Your normal close rate once you are in front of them.

Your typical invoice, not your best month.

Deliberately conservative. No intake system recovers every caller — some hang up, some are wrong numbers, some were never going to buy.

Why there are no statistics here

Most intake calculators open with a borrowed figure — "62% of calls go unanswered", "$2,500 lost per missed call". We traced those to marketing pages citing one another, several referencing studies that do not exist. So we do not use them.

This calculator runs entirely on numbers you supply, and the arithmetic is shown in full so you can check every step. If a number looks wrong to you, change it. If the result still looks too good, lower the recovery rate until you believe it — the honest answer is the one you would defend to your accountant.

Bring us the number you just worked out.

Fifteen minutes on your call volume, your hours, and your average job value — and a real number for what your phone is costing you. If that number is small, we will tell you so.
