Built to close the gap between a ringing phone and a booked job.
The first Rovik systems were built for storm-damage roofing — a category where a single inbound call can be worth several thousand dollars, and where the business that answers first almost always wins the work. It was a deliberately hard place to start. The same system now runs for any business where the phone is the front door, anywhere in the world.
Why this exists
Most service businesses run lean. The owner, an office manager or a crew lead answers the phone between jobs, appointments and paperwork. When they are already busy, calls go to voicemail — and the caller does not wait. That is not a minor inconvenience. Where a job is worth several thousand, a handful of missed calls a month is real recurring revenue that never appears as a line item anywhere, because nobody ever recorded the call that did not happen.
What we actually do
Rovik answers every call, around the clock, asks the same qualifying questions every time, and books the appointment onto a live calendar before the caller hangs up. A confirmation text goes out immediately. The full record, including the transcript, lands in a CRM the same day.
An operations partner, not a login
There are self-serve AI phone tools on the market. Most hand over a dashboard and consider the work finished. Rovik installs the system around a specific business’s calls, service rules and calendar, then keeps listening to real recordings and tuning the script every month. The system is never handed over and left alone.
Where we are right now
Rovik is early, and we would rather be straight about that than manufacture a customer list. We are taking on three founding partners and building the system directly against their real call volume before expanding further.
Founding partners get setup at $500 rather than $1,000 and their rate locked for twelve months, in exchange for a testimonial, permission to use their real numbers as a case study, and up to two introductions — all after sixty days of the system actually working, and all agreed in writing at signing.
- 01A testimonial
- 02Permission to use your real numbers as a case study
- 03Up to two introductions
If you are looking for a vendor with a wall of customer logos, we are not that yet. If you would rather be one of the three people whose business shapes the product, that is exactly what is on offer.
